Our Turnaround Time

TheCustomTagsUK is dedicated to delivering high-quality custom tags with an efficient, reasonable production timeline. At an average of 6 to 8 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays, from final artwork approval and successful payment confirmation for most UK orders. This contract delivery period refers to basic amounts under a general work situation.

All turnaround time applies solely towards the manufacturing process, and does not factor in shipping or courier transit times. Expected delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method, the location within the UK, and the carrier. Customers should bear this in mind when placing orders under time constraints.

Increased quantities, bulk orders or specialty materials and finishes may require additional production time. Production and dispatch schedules may also be affected by public holidays in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Although we certainly strive to provide the best estimate, operational or supply-related factors beyond our control may result in higher costs or longer delivery times.

For bulk or highly customised orders, manufacturing may take longer than the regular schedule. If that’s the case, our team will notify estimated completion timeframes as soon as specifications are confirmed. We do our best to keep everything above board and will let you know as soon as possible if there is any delay.

If you would like an order expedited or made a priority, you must contact customer service before placing the order so they can check whether it is available. Expedited production services are limited, and additional fees apply. Rush service fees are non-refundable; they are for expedited scheduling and resource allocation.

When you place an order, you agree to the above production timelines as estimates and understand that delivery dates are estimates unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
